Surgeon & Surgical Team: Special thanks to Dr. Aashish Arbat for his exceptional skill in performing the robotic bilateral knee replacement. The precision of the surgery was impressive. We are also very grateful to Dr. Sanket for his constant support throughout the process they guided to get best estmates. Administrative & Financial Support: A huge thank you to Mr. Shelar. He went above and beyond by coordinating with department heads and senior officers to ensure we received the best possible estimates and discounts for the surgery and pre-tests. His dedication to helping us navigate the financial aspects was greatly appreciated. Hospital Staff & Environment: The care in the general ward was excellent. We would like to specifically mention: The Nursing Staff/Brothers: For their professional and timely assistance. The Ward Helpers (Mama): For maintaining cleanliness and being so helpful with daily needs. My mother recently underwent cataract surgery for both eyes at Jehangir Hospital, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Chitra Sambare was highly professional and ensured my mother felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure. Her expertise and reassuring approach made a big difference, and my mother is very happy with the results. The hospital staff was equally commendable. We had a very positive experience at Jehangir Hospital, Pune for my sister’s LSCS delivery. The entire process was handled with great professionalism and care. The Dr Anita Bapat Ma’am & Team of all Resident Drs explained everything clearly before the surgery also it was emergency so they handled it well which helped us stay calm and confident. The operation was smooth, and both mother and baby are doing absolutely fine. The nursing CNS - Gholap mam , Sr - Gopika , Sr Priyanka , Sr Tasni , Sr Kajal all night and day staff was extremely supportive, attentive, and compassionate during recovery Coordinator Geeta madam & Co Deepali madam , Admission staff Prabhakar sir also Insurance Desk staff - Vasu Sir and another mam are helpful Post-operative care was excellent, and the hospital maintained high hygiene standards throughout our stay. Guest Relations - Special thanks Maya mam , Sheetal mam & Luiza mam were very helpful Big thanks to supportive services- Manisha Tai & Manushi who was in night ( Ratnamma Manushi ) she was extremely helpful Big thanks- to everyone We are truly grateful to the entire maternity and surgical team for making this journey safe and stress-free.
